M1 Estates offers advice and recommendations on all aspects of property. We can introduce you to the best property investments in the UK. We have great relationships with several house-builders who have prime location developments. Furthermore, we are not just restricted to developers. We work alongside some leading investment firms, giving you access to property bonds and funds.
M1 Estates doesn’t charge you for advice. We make money from third-party recommendations. When we refer you to one of our preferred partners, they remunerate us for this.
M1 Estates only deals with authorised firms. For property, a company needs to belong to one of two redress schemes. These are the Property Redress Scheme and the Property Ombudsman. When you invest in property via funds or bonds, the company which administers advice must be FCA regulated. Furthermore, M1 Estates does additional due diligence to ensure that the firms that we work with have a very good name within the industry.
This depends on how you are choosing to invest in Property. If you are looking to buy an investment property directly, you are going to need a 25% deposit to secure a mortgage. With this in mind, you may need a £40,000 deposit. However, if you choose to invest in property by other means you can start with as little as £10,000.
